THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CUSTOM APPLICATOR - FARM EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
The typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with extended hours including weekends during peak season.
As a Custom Applicator – Farm Equipment Operator, you're the driving force behind safe and precise operations of application equipment, ensuring every task is completed accurately and efficiently. Beyond operating machinery, you also maintain all agronomy equipment, ensuring it remains in top-notch condition. When you're not behind the wheel, you're ready to pitch in with general labor tasks, keeping things running smoothly on the farm.
Each season, you meticulously calibrate machines to field-ready status, guaranteeing optimal performance. You're dedicated to professional-quality work and it shows on and off the field!
