Pest Control Technician – Flatliners Pest Control (Las Vegas / Henderson)

Flatliners Pest Control is a small, family-owned pest control company serving homes and businesses across the Las Vegas valley. We're growing, and we're looking for a licensed technician who wants to grow with us. We're a friendly, family-focused team, and we treat our techs like family too. That means a schedule that gets you home for dinner, an owner who knows your name, and a crew that has your back.

Pay and schedule

• $18–$25/hr, depending on licensing and experience
• Commission of up to $100 for every new customer account you bring in(12 Month contract signed)
• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m
• Full-time, with paid holidays

What you'll do

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services
• Inspect properties, identify pest problems, and recommend treatment plans
• Provide seasonal tree and shrub care
• Conduct termite inspections and termite pretreatments on new construction sites
• Apply pesticides safely and according to label and Nevada regulations
• Keep accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain your vehicle and equipment in good working order

Requirements

• C1 and C2 licenses are required. A C3 license is preferred but not required at the time of hire. If you do not currently hold a C3 license, we will support and assist you in obtaining one, as it will be expected as part of the position moving forward.
• At least 1 year of field experience in pest control
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle, needed during the 90-day training period
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors, including in the Las Vegas summer heat
• Good communication and customer service skills

Able to work independently and as part of a small team
